  • Training curriculum ‘From Zero to Hero’ (2011)

Understanding endovascular treatment of aortic aneurysms in a 3 day curriculum of 2 hour workshops each. The endovascular treatment of aortic pathologies requires a set of knowledges and skills that will have to be applied properly to assure best outcomes for the patients. Understanding of sizing and planning, creating access, handling of guidewires and catheters, using imaging and finally the correct application of the stent graft has to be learned and understood to assure a successful procedure.The curriculum “From zero to hero” allowed the participants to learn about all needed steps of an endovascular procedure from the beginning to the end and thus lay a foundation for physicians, who wish to start offering their patients this treatment option.

  • Training curriculum ‘(T)EVAR Basic, Advanced & Meet the experts’ (2007 – 2011)

This training curriculum was offering different training formats for beginners, users and experts in the endovascular field. Participants could gain endovascular knowledge, endovascular skills and share medical practice with the endovascular experts in the field.
